Chicago Architecture Foundation

Open House Chicago Marketing Campaign

When the Chicago Architecture Foundation wanted Chicagoans to feel like they had found the keys to the city through a new weekend-long event – they asked TURNER to craft a campaign that would capture the unexpected adventure of discovering this city through it’s neighborhoods.

"In 2005 when I first saw the “Just One Look” campaign in a bus shelter – I was moved to hop  in the car and visit the Chicago Botanical Garden right away.  As a cultural marketer I thought this was the most brilliant and effective campaign I had seen.  The imagery and message was not only on strategy – but achieved what every Creative Director seeks – it stopped traffic.  I called the Botanical Garden immediately to find out  who did this great campaign and have kept Turner and Cunniff in my rolodex from that day.  T+C is collaborative, creative, flexible and just darn good listeners.  Without the benefit of expensive research and cultural insights studies, after a few interviews they can frame the problem, they understand the consumer and they produce award winning and effective campaigns, brochures and annual reports.  I have never been disappointed!"
