TURNER Creates New Fundraising Video for Kohl Children's Museum

CHICAGO, Illinois, November 2013 – "The Place Where Awesome Lives," Kohl Children's Museum's new fund-raising video, premiered at the organization's annual Gala on October 12. The event, "An Evening to Imagine Step by Step, Note by Note," honored Welz Kauffman President & CEO of Ravinia Festival.

The video captures the spirit of the young hearts and minds who love Kohl Children's Museum and the organization's pivotal in early childhood education in the Chicago area. The Gala drew 480 enthusiastic supporters and raised more than $600,000.

The video was written and directed by TURNER. Bob Ebel, a nationally renown director of children's commercials and long-time friend of Steve Turner, donated his photography services to the project. Max Gold was the film editor. Terry Fryer of Third Wave Productions scored the video.

Located in Glenview, IL, Kohl Children's museum is designed to engage children, ages birth to 8 years with the power of play. Through 17 interactive exhibits, the museum is an extraordinary play space where young children discover the transformational power of creativity and imagination.
